Welcome
I’m glad that you are here. My hope is that through our work together, you will find a greater sense of connection and acceptance within yourself. I will greet you with warmth and authenticity as we collaborate to understand, accept, and resolve the challenges you’re facing. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore your inner experience at your own pace.
My work as a therapist is rooted in the belief that healing begins when we feel safe enough to explore our inner world with curiosity and compassion. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through a wide range of life experiences and challenges.
My clinical experience includes working in a community mental health setting with transition-aged youth, a residential treatment home for adolescent males with substance use disorders, and a residential treatment program for adults with eating disorders. I have also worked with adults in an outpatient clinic within a health maintenance organization. Across these settings, I have witnessed the incredible resilience of the human spirit—people reconnecting with their inner strength and moving forward from a place of peace, meaning, and vitality.
I am continually inspired by the courage my clients bring to the therapeutic process—their willingness to turn inward, embrace vulnerability, and trust the unfolding of change.
I hold an M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Somatic Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I have completed EMDR trainings through both the EMDR Institute and the Trauma Therapist Institute. My therapeutic approach integrates body-based awareness, mindfulness, and evidence-based trauma therapies to support holistic healing and growth.
Outside of my clinical work, I find balance by staying active outdoors and enjoying the company of my family.
